Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will gladly accept all full price merchandise for a return/exchange. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and have all original tags attached. Castor & Pollux reserves the right to refuse return of merchandise if goods do not meet Castor & Pollux's return policy requirements. If merchandise is received damaged or tags missing please notify us immediately at ladies@castorandpolluxstore.com.

 

All returned goods must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at ladies@castorandpolluxstore.com. Please be aware that the issuance of a RA number does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected. Sale items, lingerie , jewelry and swimwear are non-returnable items.

 

How To Return/Exchange Merchandise

1. After receiving your RA number, please print out email and include in return package with your full name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return.

 

2. Write the RA number legibly on the outside of return package, the package must have RA number, all unidentified returns will be returned to sender.

 

3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Castor & Pollux within seven days of receipt of RA number. We recommend that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEX or insured parcel post and insured for the amount of purchase. We also recommend keeping the tracking number of return packages for proof of delivery. Castor & Pollux does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please note that we cannot accept any packages that are sent COD.

The status of your return will be sent to you via email within 7 days of receiving the package. If the return is approved, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund to your credit card. If you requested an exchange, the status of your exchange will be emailed to you at this time. If we cannot fill the exchange request we will automatically credit your original form of payment unless told otherwise.

 

All merchandise that is purchased on the website can not be returned or exchanged in-store.

Shipping Policy

Castor & Pollux makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, (excluding holidays). Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Typically, you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.

 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. If you would like a Saturday delivery, please call for information on additional charges.

 

Castor & Pollux is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to weather or other uncontrollable events.

 

For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11AM EST. Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

The policy of Castor & Pollux is to treat all customer information provided as strictly confidential for the sole purpose of completing a sale. We do not allow any part of this information to be used for any other purpose. We do not and will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise release confidential customer information to any third party and all customer personal identity data is retained in a secure database accessible only to authorized personnel.
